Terms & Conditions

General

  • Prices and products are subject to change at anytime without notice. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if needed. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if needed

Orders

  • If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days. Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. When the item has been received, you will be offered a full refund, or a replacement depending on stock. Please contact us via polkadotteapotdesigns@gmail.com
  • All orders are now filmed whilst packing, and may appear on our social media feed. If you do not wish your order to appear on our social media pages, please let us know. 
  • If you believe your parcel is lost or items are missing, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will make every effort to resolve the situation. In some cases, we may need to refer the case to our chosen mail carrier for investigation, and if mail theft is suspected, the mail carrier may choose to pass the case over to legal services, including the police. In this instance we will fully support the customer and provide all communication and any help needed with forms etc. 
  • In the incident a refund or replacement is requested due to lost or stolen mail, this will be given depending on and upon the completion of the investigation from the mail carrier. If the customer choses not to fulfil the investigation requested by the mail carrier, we will not refund
  • Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment has been made.
  • In busy times, turn around times may be longer then usual. We reserve the right to change turnaround times as and when needed. We will always keep customers up to date with any changes via our social media channels.
  • Polka Dot Teapot Designs is not responsible for payment or address misinformation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at any time, and if you have attempted chargebacks or pay pal refunds for our store, without appropriate communication with us, your account will be blacklisted. 

Digital Products

  • Our digital products contain store tags and logos. These must not be removed. 
  • Digital products are non refundable
  • All of our digital downloads are for personal or promotional use only and must not be sold as physical or digital products, or redistributed in anyway. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if these terms are broken. 
  • Promotional use covers: using our digital work for social media posts, enhancing your own products and orders. For example if you are a crystal stockist and would like to add a crystal card to your orders. 
  • The artwork is not to be claimed as your own. 
  • The digital graphics are not to be sold as any product that polka dot teapot sells. 
  • Individual terms are listed on each item

Products

  • We have made every reasonable effort to ensure our products are represented as accurately as possible. Please not that colours may vary on some screens and monitors

Contact

  • We reserve the right to refuse contact. We do not tolerate rudeness or abusive behaviour on our private messages or social media channels.

Privacy

Shipping

  • We use third party couriers to ship our products. By purchasing from us you agree to your information being shared with these companies.
  • We are not responsible for any delays via courier. 
  • You will always receive a tracking number with your order from the courier. We currently use MyHermes to ship within the UK and Transglobal for international orders.
  • Polka Dot Teapot Designs is not responsible for any incorrect shipping information being entered at the checkout, and does not refund or replace orders due to this. If an item is returned back to us, we reserve the right to recharge for delivery.
  • Polka Dot Teapot Designs are not responsible for any custom charges.

Fraud

  • If we suspect we are the victims of fraudulent activity or intended fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities and you will be black listed from our store.

Intellectual Property

  • All photos, products and content on this website belong to Polka Dot Teapot Designs. If you intend to share our photos, please give clear, written credit linking back to our website or social media accounts, the photographs must not be altered in anyway. Products are not to be resold commercially without express permission from Polka Dot Teapot Designs. We reserve the right to take legal action if these terms are broken.
